How long does delivery take?
Australia: 7–12 business days. New Zealand, US, Canada, UK: 10–15 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the circumference of your finger in millimetres using a strip of paper or string, then compare to our size page. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What materials are the jewellery pieces made from?
Our rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets are made from S925 sterling silver and stainless steel. Material details are listed on each product page.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Sterling silver can tarnish over time with exposure to moisture and air. Store your pieces in a dry place, remove before swimming or showering, and polish gently with a soft cloth to restore shine.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer a bundle discount?
Yes — add 2 or more items and 15% is automatically taken off at checkout. No code needed.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely — enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Orders arrive in clean, gift-ready packaging.
What is your return policy?
Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll replace or refund at no cost. Change of mind: accepted within 30 days, return shipping at customer's cost.
